At Champion, we strive to provide the best learning experience and resources to all our students.
We encourage all participants, parents, and schools to review the course details, schedules, and requirements before enrolling.
No Refund Policy
All payments made for courses, quizzes, competitions, certifications, or any related services are non-refundable.
Once enrollment or payment is completed, the fees cannot be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after registration
- Inability to attend classes or complete the course
- Technical issues from the participant’s end (such as device, internet, or software problems)
- Dissatisfaction with the course content after access has been granted
Why We Follow This Policy
Our programs involve pre-planned resources, reserved seats, trainer allocation, and digital materials that are made available immediately after enrollment. As these resources cannot be reused or transferred, we maintain a strict no refund policy.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if Champion cancels a course, quiz, or competition entirely before it begins. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the registered participants.
